Shipping & Returns
The fact that you are here means you are awaiting your order or are on your way to making one. So, when and how can you expect your so needed blends and personal care items?
Since most of our products are made to order and with much care, you can expect a processing time between 3-5 business days. Please know that this is an estimate and most of our orders will ship even sooner than that.
Our products ship through United States Postal Service and may take from 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number so that you can be aware of each part of your order's journey.
Customs and import taxes (for international orders only)
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are aware that sometimes there may be delays due to customs, please be aware that we are not responsible for these kind of situations.
Return & Exchange Policy
We love our products so much, that we know you'll love them too. But if you still change your mind, know that we gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery and Ship them back to us within 14 days of delivery.
We also accept cancellations if the item hasn't shipped yet. Custom or personalized orders can't be cancelled since they're made specially for you. But if you have any situation with it, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help you to get what you really need.
We always put our customers safety and health first as we also strive to make Custom Orders with much care and love. The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

• Personal care and Roll-Ons (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
